Computer Support in Mapping Survays
Hanák, Ondřej ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
The report deals with creating applications for Pocket PC, designed to aid with terrain mapping process. Topic falls within the field of geographic information systems (GIS), so the text begins with an analysis of related topics such as GIS itself, processed data characteristics or global positioning systems (GPS). Available handheld platforms are discussed and based on analysis of existing commercial application, the requirements on developed program are set. Description of application architecture and some implementation details follow. The conclusion is devoted to testing functionality by mapping the real geospatial object.
Webový portál pro správu dětských hřišť
Kousal, Dominik
The bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of the web portal for playgrounds administration for the Brno-North district. The portal displays playgrounds on the map for ordinary users. After successful login clerks can access admin section. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, analysis, design and results, including implementation and testing.
Vizualizace geodat v rozšířené realitě
Bílek, Adam
The aim of this thesis is to design and implement a mobile application for a user-friendly visualization of geodata in augmented reality. The application is created in Java using Android SDK and Android Studio IDE. Geodata represented as geographic points is imported into the application via KML format. The data is shown over a native camera preview as a virtual overlay with use of sensors and GPS. Some of the viewing parameters are adjustable via GUI.
Webová aplikácia Mendelumaps pre interaktívne zobrazenie budov a miestností Mendelovej univerzity
Bistáková, Lenka
Bachelor thesis deals with the design and following implementation of a web application displaying an interactive map of the rooms and objects of the university building, which purpose is to simplify the life of its students and employees. The theoretical part focuses on web visualization of geodata and on the concept of existing solutions. The resultant solution is based on requirement specification and application design using the Use Case diagram and wireframe. The implementation process of the result in Javascript and library Leaflet is, together with application testing, summarized in the chapter Implementation.

Preprocessing of geographical data for 3D printing and vizualizations: Case study Ostrovský klášter
Dastychová, Vendula ; Laštovička, Josef (advisor) ; Brus, Jan (referee)
The thesis deals with contemporary methods of converting 3D geoinformation model into analog/printed form using various types of printers. The thesis documents an overview of current works and methods used. The benefit of the thesis is the overview of methods, software and available options for 3D printing. Based two types of printers the thesis demonstrates outputs quality. Also, the thesis introduces a general prescription for the process of processing the geoinformation data of a 3D model to print it. This process is applied in course of preparation cpecific model. In the empirical part, the thesis is applied on the concrete case study of the historical modeling of the Ostrov monastery. An integral part of the thesis is also a comparison of outputs of two selected printers - powder and string type. Keywords: 3D print, technologies, methods of 3D print, 3D model, GIS
Modelování a vizualizace vymezeného geografického prostoru s možností interaktivního zásahu do modelovaného procesu
Procházka, David
Effective management and sharing of geodata is one of the priorities of governments and companies all around the world. Nowadays spatial data are published without any standardized methodics and unified metadata. This situation leads to multiple storing of such geodata and consequential high expenses and inconsistency. There is usually a problem even find an appropriate mapserver with the required data. Obviously there is a problem: How to access geodata more effectively. We are searching in emails, discussions, documents around the web, even in pictures. But currently there is no searching engine for geodata which could be compared with well known searching services such as Google, Yahoo!, etc. Therefore I focused on this issue. The first part of this work briefly presents standards used for publishing geodata. A review of methods used for geodata and metadata aggregation follows. Based on this review, a method for development of an engine for geodata search is presented. Last part describes principles of experimental implementation and achieved results.

Geomarketing methods
Voráč, Michal ; Chrobok, Viktor (advisor) ; Černý, Michal (referee)
Aim of this application-oriented master's thesis is to prove a benefits from using data analysis techniques connected with geodata processing to support business decisions. As a conclusion two solutions are given which are more attractive then starting situation. Since the first solution proposed is oriented on giving maximum success ratio while considering transactions, the second one is oriented on business value of each transaction. In this thesis R programming language is widely used together with ArcGIS Online in its final part.
Spracovanie geodát prostredníctvom rozšírenej reality
Kyselica, Ján
This master thesis deals with the design and implementation of an application used for spatial data processing. The first part provides an overview of different augmented reality projects focused on manipulation with spatial data. It also contains review of computer vision libraries. In the methodology, description of all project components is provided. The following part describes in detail the design and implementation of mentioned application for spatial data processing. The proposed implementation is verified on scenario of spatial turn-based game
